First Reconciliation

Today Jack received his First Reconciliation. We were really proud of him. He's worked and studied hard and most of all he's renewed our family's feelings about our Catholic faith. It's been a great journey for all of us. What a wonderful thing to know that God loves us so much that He is willing to forgive us for all our wrong doings. Really powerful. We are all looking forward to continuing this journey with Jack as he progresses to the celebration of his First Communion in May.

PS - There were many Priests at church to help with the First Reconciliation of 100 children this morning. The children could choose which Priest to speak with. We asked Jack and he choose a younger looking Priest with a beard because Jack said he looked the most like Jesus.
