Nicholas read a word today. A random word. Not a word he has memorized from one of his many books but a real word. We were sitting at my reading table at work waiting for Jack to finish with school. All of a sudden he looks up and sounds out “E-X-I-T”. Then he pauses - shocked at himself I think - and then asks, “What does exit mean?”
